How big is the team?
18 people across engineering, design, and client success. Tight enough to move fast, big enough to specialise.
What's the interview process?
Three steps: intro call, technical challenge, team interview. We respect your time — no take-homes longer than 2 hours.
When can I start?
Most roles can start within 30 days. We'll work around a reasonable notice period.
Is it really remote?
Yes. Our Abu Dhabi team meets monthly. Remote engineers join quarterly. No mandatory daily office.
