The Challenge
Saudi German Health Group's leadership team was making decisions based on fragmented reports from 30+ departments, using spreadsheets and manual data pulls. Real-time visibility into organisational performance was non-existent.
Our Solution
We built a React + D3.js data visualisation platform with a Node.js backend aggregating live data from clinical, financial, HR, and operations systems. Role-based dashboards give each department head their own view while executives see the full organisational picture.
The Outcome
The results speak for themselves. Within the first months of launch, the platform delivered 30+ departments connected and 200+ kpis tracked live.
