A mental wellness app built around Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) and Buddhist mindfulness principles, helping users manage emotions and build resilience.

The Challenge
Users struggling with emotional dysregulation needed a clinically grounded, non-stigmatising digital tool. Existing apps felt cold and transactional — we needed something that felt like a companion.
Our Solution
We designed a warm, gamified experience using DBT modules — emotion regulation, mindfulness, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness. Guided journeys, breathing exercises, and daily check-ins drive habitual use.
The Outcome
The results speak for themselves. Within the first 25wk of launch, the platform delivered 25wk time to launch.
